ez2travel.vip provides luxury airport concierge services including but not limited to VIP lounge access, private car services, departure and arrival assistance, connection support, and related travel services at airports worldwide.
All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings (those with full payment received) will be honored at the agreed price.
Until full payment is received, your booking remains unconfirmed and we reserve the right to release the booking slot to other customers.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before service will receive a 20% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including flight details, contact information, and any special requirements. You must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by your late arrival or failure to provide accurate information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ez2travel.vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or airport closures.
Our services may involve third-party providers including airlines, airports, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ez2travel.vip or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ez2travel.vip operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
